City of Norfolk DCIP FY23

Abstract

The City of Norfolk, Virginia, will construct stormwater management system improvements on a main access road to Naval Station Norfolk and Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads to reduce the frequency and severity of flooding and allow better military and civilian personnel access for the installations.
