Savanna AD Illinois FY23
Abstract
This grant enables the Jo-Carroll Depot Local Redevelopment Authority to carry out redevelopment planning. This funding will allow several critical activities to be undertaken to capitalize on the momentum of redevelopment and work towards a sustainable funding stream. The activities include clarifying and supporting the transition planning with the Upper Mississippi River International Port District and creating a sustainable zoning plan for the entire site.
