Fort Bliss IR - Phase II
Abstract
El Paso Water is implementing findings and recommendations from the 2023 Fort Bliss Regional Resilience Report. The two primary components included in this project are designing upgrades and improvements to a critical wastewater lift station serving Fort Bliss and conducting a communications and training plan to improve coordination between El Paso Water and Fort Bliss during emergencies.
