Abstract
The City of Copperas Cove, Texas, in coordination with Fort Cavazos and the regional communities, is requesting technical and financial assistance to assess the need and possibility of relocating the Clarke Road Main Commercial Gate and develop concepts and feasibility options for a Joint Use Intermodal Facility to help mitigate encroachment and development concerns.
