Abstract

The City of Box Elder, South Dakota, in support of the overall mission of Ellsworth Air Force Base and its personnel, is planning and designing community roadway and other critical infrastructure projects. The planning and design elements, along with an overall review of the installation and community strengths, challenges, and opportunities; help to enhance the security and lethality of the installation while improving the safety and well-being of all personnel and community members.
