Guam Office of the Governor Logistical Support - FY25

Abstract

This grant strategically positions the Governor s Community Defense Liaison Office as the central coordinating body for all federal actions related to Department of Defense (DoD) realignments and growth initiatives on Guam. It fosters a collaborative environment, streamlining communication and expediting responsiveness to the Governor of Guam, DoD and the community. The grant will assist the territory in developing a sustainable framework for mitigating the challenges associated with military growth while maximizing the positive economic and social impacts for the Guam community.
