Abstract
The Development Authority of the North Country will engage an engineering firm for design and bidding services associated with Phase II of the Fort Drum Water Line Pipeline Replacement Project. A physical analysis and assessment of the line identified critical defects in portions of the existing pipe requiring replacement. The Development Authority of the North Country owns the water line pipeline and it is a critical asset for Fort Drum in order to maintain operations.
