Ebbing ANGB-Fort Smith Resilience Project

Abstract

This grant allows Fort Smith, Arkansas, to study the conditions of water, wastewater, stormwater, electric, natural gas, communications, and transportation infrastructure that support the missions of Ebbing Air National Guard Base. The study is also addressing land use compatibility and noise impacts related to new flying training missions. The results of this study will be a report that includes recommendations, for additional efforts to support the long-term mission assurance for Ebbing Air National Guard Base and move toward a goal of community-wide 14-day infrastructure resilience.
