Fort Bliss McGregor Range Water Works Defense Community Infrastructure Program
Abstract
Grant to the El Paso Water Utilities Public Service Board, Texas, to undertake a project to replace the McCombs Well’s aging 30-inch diameter water collector line which provides 100 percent of the McGregor Range’s water supply at Fort Bliss. The project will provide a reliable water supply to support critical training exercises, safety requirements, and installation maintenance.
