Rock Island Arsenal Bridge Defense Community Infrastructure Program
Abstract
The 16th Street viaduct, a bridge that connects the City of Moline to Rock Island Arsenal, will be rehabilitated so that it can continue to be a conduit for the movement of personnel, equipment, and materials essential to the operational readiness of over 60 Department of Defense mission organizations based at Rock Island Arsenal.
