State of California Installation Resilience
Abstract
This grant allows the State of California to organize a capability to develop a framework for collaboration, communication, and cohesive planning between military authorities, state and local governments, stakeholders, and affected communities to find mutually beneficial solutions that address the impacts and risks to critical infrastructure supporting California military installations from incompatible land use/development, natural and man made threats, and fragmented disaster response planning and execution while ensuring national security and community well-being.
