Abstract
This grant supports Jo Carroll Local Redevelopment Authority (LRA) with redevelopment planning. This funding will facilitate several crucial activities aimed at leveraging the progress of redevelopment and establishing a sustainable funding source. These activities involve clarifying and assisting with the transition planning with the Upper Mississippi River International Port District and developing a sustainable zoning and development plan for the entire site.
