American Red Cross Grant
Abstract
The funding in this appropriation will be used to 1) defray the costs of and enhance Red Cross emergency communications services, 2) support the work of Red Cross personnel providing services to deployed troops, and 3) support Red Cross offices providing installation and community-based services domestically and overseas. All figures are estimated and may be revised during the grant period as program and service requirements change in response to the needs of military families.
