Supports the Non-Army Management Headquarters Activity (Non-AMHA) functions incident to the local operation and management of the United States (U.S.) Army Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, not identifiable with specific research and development projects financed under other program elements. Funds only select, critical, overarching functions that enable CERDEC to accomplish its research, development and engineering mission, to include CERDEC Headquarters staff, resource management, human resources, safety, security, protocol, public affairs, information management, facility management and audit readiness.
