Abstract

Non-Army Management Headquarters Activity (non-AMHA) functions in support of the operation and management of the United States (U.S.) Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center, located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. These efforts are not identifiable with specific research and development projects financed under other program elements. Funds only select, critical, overarching functions that enable DEVCOM C5ISR Center to accomplish its research, development and engineering mission, to include headquarters staff, resource management, human resources, safety, security, protocol, public affairs, information management, facility management and audit readiness.
