Abstract
This Project supports the non-Army Management Headquarters Activity (non-AMHA) functions in support of the operation and management of the United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center (CBC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, not identifiable with specific research and development projects financed under other Program Elements. Funds only select, critical, overarching functions that enable DEVCOM CBC to accomplish its mission to include DEVCOM CBC headquarter staff, resource management, safety, and surety programs. In addition, this program includes the management and oversight of Army chemical surety operations as directed by Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 5210.65, "Minimum Security Standards for Safeguarding Chemical Agents".
