Supports the Non-Army Management Headquarters Activity (Non-AMHA) functions incident to the local operation and management of the United States (U.S.) Army Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center (NSRDEC), Natick, MA, not identifiable with specific research and development projects financed under other program elements. Funds only select, critical, overarching functions that enable NSRDEC to accomplish its research, development and engineering mission, to include: Manpower/Personnel, Intelligence/Security, Operations, Logistics, Training, Resource Management and Headquarter administrative staff.
