Animal Telemetry Network Data Assembly Center: Phase II
Abstract
There are several key areas of focus the next phase of ATN DAC development. These include: 1) Improvements in infrastructure, 2) Integration of external data sets and the new web-tools which will enable collaborators to submit new data and data streams into the ATN DAC, 3) Complete compliance with IOOS standards, and 4) Ingestion of TOPP/TAG data sets in high demand (uploading all data from key data sets modelers and assessment scientists are requesting- Atlantic and Pacific bluefin tuna).
