Abstract
ITPR 106581 IU-MSI STEM Initiative as a human development program focused on faculty with the outcomes leading to additional research support for diverse students on all participating campuses. This initiative offers the possibility of replication to other research and minority serving universities including collaborations with Naval research centers.
