PROOF OF CONCEPT OF THE MULTI-FREQUENCY ALONG-TRACK INTERFEROMETRIC SAR

Abstract

" We will operate an airborne radar on a Cessna 172 small aircraft over Deception Pass in Washington State. At the same time, we will deploy a floating instrument package from a small boat. This instrument package will drift with the current and measure wind speed and direction. The goal is to measure ocean currents and wind direction using the radar."
