2016 International Conference on Theory and Applications in Nonlinear Dynamics (ICAND 2016)
Abstract
This will be the fourth meeting of its kind, devoted specifically to the field of complexnonlinear dynamic phenomena, theory and device applications. The idea is to have amulti-disciplinary meeting bringing together the leading physicists, chemists, andengineers in this subject area, which is poised on the brink of a rapid outgrowth. Themeeting is expected to gauge the forefront of technological development in the field andto foster new cooperative links between leading research groups in the US as well as theAsian countries, Europe and South America. As part of the budget, we are requestingfunding to help defray the conference costs, the travel expenses of promising youngresearchers from various countries who will not be able to afford the expenses, so thatthey may be given the chance to bring their considerable experimental and engineeringskills to this meeting. In addition, the meeting is expected to be the first of the series thatfocuses on the applications and technologies developed from the field of nonlineardynamics. The subsequent meetings will provide the opportunities to share in theprogress and to push the forefront further.
