Abstract
The K-20 Engineering Pipeline: Engineering a Community~s Future Project overtly addressesONR~s focus on the development of existing or innovative solutions that directly support thedevelopment and maintenance of a robust and diverse STEM workforce pipeline. This projectproposes to pilot test a workforce development model that impacts an entire community andfocuses on the high tech workforce needs of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, NAFAC, SPAWAR,National Security Agency, other non-DOD STEM-based companies, and non-DOD STEM dependentcompanies (banks, local businesses, agribusinesses).
