Abstract

Title: Conference on the Physics of Majorana Fermions and Topological SuperconductivityObjective:To communicate Navy interest and future needs with research community. To promote collaboration and dissemination of information through exchange of scientific ideas in nanotechnology.Approach:This scientific conference will achieve its objective by incorporating invited lecturers, contributed papers as well as scientific posters in the program.SOW:PI will provide coordination, administration and running and final reporting of the 2016 Conference on the Physics of Majorana Fermions and Topological Superconductivity. Merit and Relevance:Majorana fermions and topological superconductivity is the focus of an on-going ONR BRC program.
