Next Generation Energy Technologies and Systems for Civilian and Military Applications
Abstract
The US Navy is focused on continuously improving energy effectiveness in its operations and wishes toexplore additional research related opportunities with universities in a partnership. The US Navy andArizona State University (ASU) recognize that energy systems include human interaction and that animportant element of effectiveness is optimizing energy systems. ASU~s faculty, student, and research staffwill work collaboratively with the US Navy to develop a partnership combining energy related researchwith the objective of exploring relevant skill building pathways for veterans and military personnel.
