Strategic Programming & Engineering Support to ONR Code 331 (SPAES-TOC-331)
Abstract
Home Port Solutions, LLC philosophy for all research and work is a ~hands on~ technical approachoriginates in and is derived from its management approach. The management approach shared by the principalresearchers is a reflection of the Naval Officer training, education and experience that began their governmentservice together at the United States Naval Academy. They have over 50 years of combined US Navy andgovernment experience. Home Port Solutions, LLC will utilize the services of CAPT Daniel P. Burns USN (Ret.),Mr. Scott Rasplicka, and CDR Eric Byrne USN (Ret.). The principal researcher and SME is CAPT Daniel P.Burns USN (Ret.) who is the principal interface to the government for this research effort. Mr. Rasplicka and CDR Byrne will be performing on task 2.2 and 2.3. CAPT Burns will perform on all tasks. There will be NOsubcontractor assigned to this research effort. All planning, scheduling and control will be coordinated by CAPTBurns USN (Ret.) and the designated government POC and/or program manager.
