University of Hawaii Ship Operations, Maintenance, Repair and Upgrade: 2017-2021

Abstract

R/V Kilo Moana (AGOR 26) is a US NAVY-~~owned SWATH vessel operated as part of the University-~~National Oceanographic Laboratory System (UNOLS) academic research fleet by the University of Hawaii under a Charter Party Agreement with ONR. Funds to support ONR-~~"funded ship operations, special repairs and maintenance for 2014-~~2016 were provided by ONR under award N00014-~~14-~~1-~~0320, Ale""xander Shor, PI, University of Hawaii), which expires on 03/31/2017. We propose here the continued operation of R/V Kilo Moana for" an additional five years.
