Strategic Dynamics of Cyber Conflict

Abstract

To develop casual inferences regarding the origin, prevalence, and anticipated future evolution of tactical, operational, and strategic dynamics of cyber conflict, and subject the resulting hypotheses to rigorous quantitative and qualitative tests. We aim to combine these findings with historical purpose of better preparing the US gov t to ascertain it s short and long term strategies regarding cyber offensive, defensive, and deterrent objectives.
