Abstract

This funding is to support the 2017 Annual International Solid Freeform Fabrication Symposium ~ An Additive Manufacturing Conference. This funding will be directed solely towards participant support costs by reducing the registration fee for non-student participa"nts. Since the request is for participant support, no overhead costs are incurred. The Solid Freeform Fabrication Symposium is one o"f the world~s premier conferences on additive processing and manufacturing research. The proceedings are ranked as one of the top re"sources for research in this field, and attendance has been increasing dramatically over the past few years. The SFF conference has"" taken place annually since 1990 and consistently attracts top US and international researchers from across academia, government, an"d industry.
