Equipment for Infrared Optoelectronic Measurement in 2D Materials Nano-structures

Abstract

Title: Equipment for Infrared Optoelectronic Measurement in 2D Materials Nano-structuresObjective:To acquire and develop equipment for infrared optoelectronic measurement in 2D materials nano-structures.Approach:PI will study the physical properties of various 2D materials by carrying out optical characterization measurements in the IR and visible wavelength domains, using the requested instrument.SOW:PI will acquire, install, test and further develop and functionalities to the proposed instrumentation and use it to carry out scientific experiments.
