Center for Turbulence Summer Program-2018
Abstract
This proposal seeks partial support from ONR for the 2018 Summer Program of the Center for Turbulence Research. The 2018 summer program is scheduled for June 24-July 20, 2018. It is anticipated that about 35 research projects will be supported which would include about 60-70 external participants from academia, government laboratories and industry. The participants include experimentalists, theoreticians and computational scientists. A competitive process is used to select the participants. They are selected based on the merits of their research proposals and their relevance to areas of interest to CTR, and their research credentials. Graduate students are accepted to accompany their research advisors. Financial support in the form of stipends is provided to the participants.
