Characterizing and Passivating Surface Defects on Metal Oxide Electrical Contacts for Improving the Stability of Hybrid Perovskite Solar Cells

Abstract

Focused on interface characterization and modification strategies that weposit will improve the stability of efficient, scalable and low-cost photovoltaic (PV) device technologies based on promising hybrid perovskite active layer (PAL)/metal oxide (MOx) heterojunctions that meet the requirements for light-weight, flexible and portable solar power generation, which has key applications in defense and energy security.
