ONR Ship time, Technician & NDSF Support 2021-2026
Abstract
WHOI requests funding to support 2021 ONR sponsored operations on R/Vs Atlantis (AGOR 25) and Neil Armstrong (AGOR 27) and the Natio,nal Deep Submergence Facility (NDSF) vehicles HOV Alvin, ROV Jason and AUV Sentry. The request also includes technician support as well as satellite communications through HiSeasNet day rate funding for ONR sponsored missions. This proposal also includes ONR fundi,ng to fund Atlantis Mid Life Items in 2021. The proposal includes various additional ONR funding for each out year, currently as a placeholder.
