DURIP Pulsed Power Electron Beam Driver for Long Pulse High Power Microwave Studies

Abstract

To acquire a Collins Clark Technologies 250-ns pulselength relativistic electron beam pulsed power driver (Model: CCT-1-PPS Turnkey Pulsed Power System: 8 Stage, 40 nF 100 kV/Stage and CCT Marx Module (Model: GMX-S40-08G)). This long-pulse pulsed power driver will enable the PI and his laboratory to explore in experiment sources of high power microwaves (HPMs) from X-band to Ka-band other than backward wave oscillators (BWOs) and their variants
