Advanced Investigations in Bio-Molecular Science

Abstract

Study and evaluation of methods for configuring nano-scale biosensor elements and immobilizing biological recognition molecules and cells within or on such elements. Additionally, will attempt to develop metrological techniques for characterizing positional accuracy of nano-components on DNA templates. Implement ways to create and characterize actively controllable FRET switches using DNA scaffolds.
