Relationship between Bulk Metrics and Direct Counts of Living Organisms in Ballast Water Compliance Testing
Abstract
To plan and implement Technical Systems Audits (TSAs) and data quality audits of the technology laboratory and field evaluation tests. The systematic and objective examination of the sampling and analytical systems is to determine if the tests comply with the Test Plan and are suitable to achieve its data quality goal. Will also conduct Data Quality Audit (DQA) to determine the usability of test results for reporting technology performance.
