Abstract

The proposed work by UCAR, with substantial involvement with the Naval Research Laboratory, consists of broadly-based applied research and advanced technology development programs addressing current research interests of the Navy, the atmospheric and oceanic science communities, and societal needs through a Visiting Scientist Program (VSP).
