Abstract

This project’s goal is in line with DHAPP’s objective to “support Niger through the Ministry of Defense to ensure HIV epidemic control by reducing the number of new HIV infections and other STIs among members of the FAN, their families, and the civilian communities served by the FAN health services”. The project will directly support the MoD to aggressively scale-up the military ART program to achieve the UNAIDS 90-90-90.
