CSP - 40TH ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC MEETING OF THE EUROPEAN UNDERWATER AND BAROMEDICAL SOCIETY
Abstract
The European Underwater and Baromedical Society aims at advancing the field of diving medicine research by facilitating contacts between researchers and clinicians, by stimulating early stage researchers (ESRs) to submit new work to their peers and elders, and to provide discussion forums aimed at optimizing the likely successful outcome of research in the field. The meeting is conducted in close collaboration and scientific scrutiny of the Diving Medical Centre of the Dutch Navy, who are members of the Scientific Committee. The EUBS meeting also provides an opportunity for diving and hyperbaric related medical and scientific organizations to hold workshops and meetings in immediate connection to this meeting. This ensures wide distribution of advancing knowledge and permits planning of future research projects.EUBS proceedings (abstracts and posters) are published in book and electronic format and are available one year after the meetings date from the EUBS website.
