CSP - INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON SECURITY OF CLOUD AND BIG DATA
Abstract
This workshop, organized by an international Cyber Security Network based at City University London, will bring together participants to discuss the global issue on the topic of Cloud and Big Data. The most up-to-date academic research currently being undertaken in the UK, Australia, Singapore, India, Pakistan and Europe on Cloud and big data security as well as understanding the issues from the perspective of the Industry whereby the security of the big data are being continuously discussed on a day to day basis will be shared and discussed. The workshop program is intended to allow each speaker to provide a summary of their research in Cloud and Big data and for participants to ask questions and provide feedback on how this relates to their own specific interests. In addition, there will be panel discussion session. The panelists will be provided with a set of questions to debate and come up with 3 priority research areas for future research funding. b) Cloud and Big Data are subjects of high interest to DoD. The Workshop will help to brainstorm one of the important global issues in the area of cyber security and to build research capability through international collaborations.
