a. APSAR2015 is an international conferenced devoted to the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) technology development and applications. The Conference covers a wide variety of SAR and radar related topics including SAR system design and concepts, SAR applications, analysis techniques, signal processing. b. SAR technologies, especially imaging radar applications, are critical part of Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EW & EP) and Information Dominance Navy Focus Areas.
