VSP - Presentation of white paper to London UAV conference
Abstract
To successfully work with the USONR in a collaborative project, we must maintain effective connections with US and EU centres of expertise in our field. This will give SERC a broader capability to develop innovative UAS technology aligned with the ONR basic research focus. By collaborating with major European institutes, we not only share our core and at times unique expertise to an eager audience, but we can also draw on their particular expertise in the Polar Regions, and through this mechanism gain access to more fields of research. As a result of this collaboration, we can accommodate a larger, more formal research project with ONR. The presentation of our development facilities to the conference is expected to attract engagement with developers, researchers and policy makers and strengthen our ties with the international UAS industry
