Abstract
The event will explore ideas for a potential research project that will establish the value of Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) information in a quantitative manner, to inform budget allocation decision-making. The goal of this event will be to introduce potential researchers in Japan to the requirement for estimating the marginal value of any new proposed data stream, data set, or data source, and to provide an introduction to maritime domain awareness and maritime operations
