Hydrodynamics and sediment flux through the Cu Lao Dung Mangrove Forest and Song Hau Channels: An Expansion
Abstract
The proposed work is a continuation of a successful field work that occurred during the maximum Mekong River discharge in October 2014. ONR Code 32 (Dr. Joan Cleveland) fully funded all the activities associated with the October 2014 field work (i.e., preparation, actual field work, data analysis and result synthesis) under the “Dynamics of Tropical Deltas” DRI (FY14-16) through grants to the US participants and through a NICOP to VNU HCM. The planned March 2015 field work will also be fully funded by ONR Code 32.
