Development of colorimetric array of sensors for discrimination of food poisoning and cancer diseases

Abstract

Food rotting will cause the emission of molecules that should be able to be captured on sensors for diagnosis of the spoilage. Sensing of the same types of these molecules should also have application for disease sensing.
