CSP - 13TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON FLUID CONTROL, MEASUREMENT AND VISUALIZATION (FLUCOME 2015)
Abstract
The conference attracts scientists and researchers in the area of fluid control, measurements, visualization and computational fluids. The conference covers the a number of topics including aerodynamics, jet flows, wind engineering, combustion, multiphase flow, environmental flows, heat transfer, remote sensing, renewable energy and testing, acoustics, electromagnetic flows, biological flows, geophysical flows, metrological flows, fluid/structure interactions and many more. The conference primarily concentrates on research problems in the fluid control, measurements and visualization. The areas of FLUCOME fits under (1) Platform design and survivability (sea platforms) (2) Assure Access to Maritime Battle space (Physical Oceanography, Unmanned Sea vehicle Technologies) (3) Information Dominance-Cyper (Applied and Computational Analysis) of the Navy S&T Strategic Plan. FLUCOME will be held for the first time in Middle East at Qatar University in 2015. Since the first FLUCOME conference, held in Japan in 1985, the subsequent conferences have taken places in Europe (Sorranto-Italy), North America (Iowa City, USA, Tallahassee, USA, Sherbrooke, Canada) and Asia (Chengdu-China, Moscow-Russia, Keelung-Taiwan, Hayama-Japan, Nara-Japan).
