NICOP - Dynamic Traveling Salesman Probelm - Path Planning Algorithm for USVs - Version 2

Abstract

Innovative Science: This relatively small grant seeks to simplify flight planning for USVs (though UXVs in general). The purpose of this research is to formulate a mathematical program that may be used to define in real time the path (trajectories) of USV navigation that survey an area containing fixed and moving obstacles with minimal time and energy. Dr Jimenah Pascual studied at Purdue for her PhD and is now a faculty lead at PUCV.
