VSP - VSP for Minerva Research Initiative
Abstract
The purpose of this visit will be to attend the Minerva Conference, which will consist of presentations from new projects. RUSI has been selected as part of a consortium with the University of Exeter to conduct one of these projects, entitled “Ambiguous and Information Warfare in Contemporary Russian and Chinese Doctrine”
