CSP - Financial Cryptography and Data Security 2016, Twentieth International Conference

Abstract

The Financial Cryptography and Data Security Conference has been recognized as one of the best international cryptography conferences. This year the conference received a record number of strong submissions, which made the selection process competitive. After a careful review and discussion phase, 36 out of 139 submissions were selected. Overall, this 26% acceptance rate is comparable with top-tier conferences in the field of computer security research. 2016 will be the twentieth year in which FC has run, and the conference has continued to grow both in terms of quality of papers and number of attendees. FC attracted over 140 attendees in 2015. Papers covering both fundamental aspects of cryptography as well as financial applications, other non-cryptpgraphic security and applications outside of the financial arena will be presented.
