CSP - IEEE Workshop on Statistical Signal Processing (SSP 2016)
Abstract
IEEE Workshop on Statistical Signal Processing (SSP 2016)a) The 2016 IEEE Workshop on Statistical Signal Processing (SSP 16), Palma de Mallorca is the premier conference on SSP and is 19th of a series of unique meetings that bring members of the IEEE Signal Processing Society together with researchers from allied fields such as bioinformatics, communications, machine learning, and statistics. SSP 2016 is a single-track workshop that includes invited talks, demonstrations and oral and poster presentations of refereed papers.b) This research area~statistical signal processing-- is extremely valuable to the Office of Naval Research, and in particular to the Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Department (Code 31) in its critical execution of its information dominance research mission and the design of engineered resilient systems for the naval enterprise.c) Code 31d) The attendee will report back on international research at this conference to ONR and NRE executives.
