VSP - Gawthrope VSP to San Diego
Abstract
This is a VSP to send Dr. Gawthrope to Undersea Rescue Command to discuss his pioneering work on certification of ultrasound machines for operation in hyperbaric spaces, which will allow the USN to develop this capability, which is important for both research on decompression stress and treatment of decompression emergencies.
